Hoteles de Gipuzkoa has intensified its commitment to the development of local talent by actively participating in meetings with various training centres in the territory such as the IES Zubiri Manteo or F.P. Usurbil.

In order to promote orientation towards the hotel industry in Gipuzkoa and to be able to explain the hotel trade first hand, representatives of the association such as the president Raúl Fernández, Nuria Mujika from Bed4u together with Virginia Elvira have collaborated with educational institutions in programmes aimed at students interested in the field of tourism.

This initiative aims not only to promote interest in the hospitality industry and expose the current situation in Gipuzkoa but also to inspire young people to consider the different options in this profession.
